The Settlement Promise

1. We negotiate the client’s total debt down to an average of 40-70% of what they originally owed.
2. If a client has five cards enrolled in the program, one may settle at 80%, one may settled at 100%, two cards may settle at 30% and the last one at 40%.  The overall settlement percentage will range between 40-70%

• Unsecured Debt
• Credit Card Debt
• Gas credit cards backed by major bank
• Credit Union cards/no cross collateral
• Jewelry, furniture or computer store credit cards / loans with over $1,000
• Medical bills
• Repo Car loans – exceptions needed for credit union
• Utility bills: outside collection
• Cell phone: outside collection
• Business loans: defunct/all owners sign
• Business loans with client waiver ….if appropriate

• Credit Union LOANS
• Gas Cards – not attached to a Bank
• Utility bills‐ in house collection
• Jewelry, furniture or computer store credit cards / loans under $1,000
• Secured Loans
• Government loans
• U.S. Military Loans/Credit Cards
• Operating business loans – waiver needed
• Student loans
• Judgments with garnishments, court ordered payments or under 1 year old.
